Cityscape Global 2025 Returns to Riyadh, Powering Saudi Real Estate Growth
Cityscape Global 2025 — the world’s largest real estate event — returns to Riyadh from today until November 20, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s rise as a global center for real estate investment and innovation. Sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with REGA, Vision 2030, the Housing Program, and organized by Tahaluf, the four-day event will bring together more than 170,000 attendees, 550 exhibitors, and 470 international speakers.
With the theme “The Future of Urban Living,” this year’s edition arrives as Saudi Arabia prepares to open designated zones to foreign homeownership starting in 2026.
