Damac Tops Out the World’s First Cavalli-Branded $272M Tower in Dubai

Damac Properties has reached a major construction milestone with the topping out of Cavalli Tower, its AED 1 billion ($272 million) ultra-luxury residential project and the world’s first tower with interiors by Roberto Cavalli. The project remains on schedule for handover by the end of next year.

Ali Sajwani, Managing Director of Damac Group, said: “Cavalli Tower is a structural and design landmark that embodies Damac’s futuristic vision to merge fashion, architecture, and art into Dubai’s skyline.”

Developed in collaboration with China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME), the 71-storey tower rises beside Dubai Marina, offering 436 luxury units designed by Shaun Killa, the architect behind Dubai’s Museum of the Future. The residences feature bespoke interiors by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors, private terraces, sky pools, and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Marina.

The topping-out ceremony marked the completion of the tower’s superstructure, with internal and external finishes now underway. Once complete, residents will enjoy resort-style amenities such as 24-hour butler service, private sky gardens, and a Malibu Bay-inspired pool.

Launched in September 2021, Cavalli Tower showcases Damac’s commitment to blending global luxury brands with architectural innovation. The project’s success follows Damac’s acquisition of Roberto Cavalli S.p.A., paving the way for future ventures such as Damac Bay 1 & 2 by Cavalli and Cavalli Estates in Damac Hills.
